I was thriving on paper—but behind the scenes, I was burned out, stressed, and disconnected from what made me feel alive. What many people don’t know is that my journey started back in 2008 as a fitness specialist on an Air Force base, where I helped service members and their families with 5Ks, fitness programs, and wellness goals. That early experience shaped my passion for movement, holistic health, and helping people feel strong and capable in their bodies.
Life has reminded me—through the loss of loved ones—that health isn’t a luxury. It’s everything. One quote shifted my entire perspective:
